Introduction to EAS FH Studies Collaboration by Scientific Leader, Professor Kausik Ray: What is the Registry all about and what are the latest results of the network?

As more data is collected, harmonized and analysed, the results will highlight where action can be taken - supporting clinicians to make early diagnoses and provide effective treatment of FH.

The mission of the FH Studies Collaboration is to empower the medical and global community to seek change in their respective countries or organisations regarding how FH is detected and managed with a view to promoting early diagnosis and more effective treatment of FH. Improvement of the management of this condition will improve the lives of patients and empower the medical community to achieve a global policy change.

EAS Customised education on FH for clinicians

EAS is running a project to educate healthcare professionals about FH. Through this project local doctors access online lectures and training material about FH on EAS ACADEMY, which are followed up by local face-to-face meetings where participants can learn from experiences in other countries.

If you want to know more and initiate a targeted education on FH in your country, contact us at office@eas-society.org

We thank all contributors to EAS FH Studies Collaboration – if your country is not yet included in the collaboration, and you are interested in participating, please get in touch: info@eas-fhsc.org.
