FH awareness week,
September 21-28

It is estimated that 1 in 200-500 people worldwide have the inherited disorder FH, which increases their risk of cardiovascular disease. Many cases of FH are undiagnosed and untreated. FH week is a campaign to raise awareness of FH - and so increase its detection and treatment - among the medical and scientific community.
