EAS Consensus Position Paper Initiative
The EAS Consensus Panel, comprised of internationally renowned experts in atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease, was convened in November 2009 to consider the evidence for non-LDL lipids as risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
The Panel is co-chaired by Professor John Chapman, France, and Professor Henry Ginsberg, USA.

Joint EAS-EFLM Consensus Position Paper Initiative
Fasting is not routinely required for determination of a lipid profile: Clinical and laboratory implications including flagging at desirable concentration cut-points. This is a joint consensus statement from the EAS and EFLM.
