 | On-line access to “Atherosclerosis” for EAS members
In June 2005 the new website for the journal Atherosclerosis was launched:

(1)New instructions for first times users who have not created a profile
Go to http://www.atherosclerosis-journal.com/Click register and create a profile for yourself . The register link is located on the upper right hand corner of the page. Once the registration is complete, click journal home. The activate online access button is located on the right hand side of the home page. Click the link. A claim access screen will appear and the subscriber would use the box on the right "I purchased this journal subscription". They would enter their subscription number and in the last name field enter LASTNAME in CAPS. ( subscription number can be found on your EAS membership card or, on the mailing label of your monthly journal issue)
(2) If you have already registered your profile, you may do the following:

The login and password fields are located in the upper right hand corner of the site. The activate online access button is located on the right hand side of the home page. Click the link. A claim access screen will appear and the subscriber would use the box on the right "I purchased this journal subscription". Then enter your subscription number and in the last name field enter LASTNAME in CAPS.(Subscription number can be found on your membership card or, on the mailing label of your monthly journal issue)
The online version of Atherosclerosis was previously - until June 2005 - available on CardioSource (http://www.cardiosource.com/).
On the journal site you’ll find all issues going back to 1997. You will also find all “Articles in Press” online; these are accepted articles that have been published online before appearing in print. An article appears online typically 6 weeks after acceptance by the editors of Atherosclerosis. |
